Nickolai Plastini, 38, passed away on May 10, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved him deeply and will carry his memory with them always. Nickolai was a very compassionate and gentle soul whose quiet presence touched the lives of those who knew and loved him. Beneath his reserved nature was a wonderful sense of humor, a sharp mind, and a heart full of kindness. Nickolai had a profound love for animals, especially cats. He found happiness in the simple things that made life meaningful, like long days at the beach and the excitement from boardwalk rides. He was naturally curious and loved a challenge. Crosswords, puzzles, and complicated problems gave him the opportunity to put his mind to work, and he took genuine pleasure in figuring things out. He had a unique appreciation for New York City and held a special affection for its iconic landmarks, particularly the Twin Towers and the Empire State Building. Nick had a unique way of seeing the world, finding humor, beauty, and fascination in things others might overlook. He will be forever missed and forever loved by his parents, his only sister, and by all those whose lives he touched. May he rest in eternal peace.
